Penn Commons is a historic building dedicated to providing affordable off-campus student housing for Pittsburgh's post-secondary students. Living in Penn Commons offers a unique opportunity for students to experience downtown living for a fraction of the average cost. This is a place for students to call home, as well as an ideal setting to meet and socialize with fellow students. Students from all of Pittsburgh's universities and schools are eligible to apply.
